Mian Muhammad Bakhsh Trust Hospital Hosts World Diabetes Day | 14 November 2025

Mian Muhammad Bakhsh Trust Hospital organized a Diabetes Awareness Seminar and a Free Blood Sugar Testing Camp on the occasion of World Diabetes Day. The purpose of the event was to raise public awareness about early diagnosis, preventive measures, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

The Chief Guest, Deputy Commissioner Mir Raza Ozgen, was warmly welcomed by the senior members of the Trust, including Khurram Farid Bargatt, Haji Ghulam Jafar, Umar Mushtaq, and Dr. Shehzana Imtiaz.

Dr. Shehzana Imtiaz delivered a brief awareness session on the early symptoms of diabetes, dietary management, exercise, and the prevention of complications. She emphasized that “Prevention is better than cure.” After the seminar, participants received free blood sugar tests and BMI assessments.

At the conclusion of the event, a Markhor souvenir was presented to the Chief Guest as a token of appreciation.
